This spacious and inviting home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals offers south exposure on a Gulf access canal in SE Cape Coral just off Del Prado Blvd. It is centrally located yet far enough away from all the traffic noise. The generously designed floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, a den with sleeper sofa, 2 baths, a modern kitchen and a large living room. The pool features an electric heater and can be enjoyed year round,. Numerous stores and restaurants are a short drive or even just a short walk away.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 22.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
