Description
Built in 2000, this charming off-water home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals was renovated, newly furnished and decorated in 2009 and is simply a wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located on an oversized corner lot just off Santa Barbara Blvd. in SW Cape Coral. Features include 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen beds, and each room equipped with a TV), 2 baths, and a cozy 1,411 SF floor plan with great room, formal dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The large pool area faces west and includes a covered patio, barbecue grill and an electrically heated pool. The home is a great choice for demanding vacationers on a budget.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Small dogs allowed!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS.

Not sure if you can do anything but the water in the master bathroom has a very strong smell of sulphur.
Also the knives are all really dull and there’s nothing to sharpen them.
