Both can be electrically and solar heated. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this can be your private oasis away from the demands of your everyday life.

The spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds), 2.5 baths, separate living and family rooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish furniture throughout gives the home a contemporary feeling. The electrically heated pool can be enjoyed throughout the year. The patio faces south and overlooks the backyard with its lush tropical landscaping. Several stores and restaurants are located within walking distance, while many others are just a few minutes away by car.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
This property needs HOA registration!
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 20.00/night.

We loved everything about the house. We enjoyed the pool and the extra refrigerator was a true bonus! The set up of the house is perfect and would definitely stay here again. The people that checked us in were super and we didn’t have any problems dusee more
