The Yacht Club basin with its pier, marina and riverfront beach is within easy walking distance. Features include 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen beds), 2 baths, a large patio with south exposure and an electrically heated pool. Excellent boating access! Tasteful furnishings in light colors create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere that truly make this property your "home away from home."
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 22.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
