What a stunningly beautiful home from capecoralvacationrentals.com! Located on a small lake in an upscale neighborhood off Agualinda Blvd. in SW Cape Coral, the two-story property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a spacious living room, designer kitchen, two separate dining areas and a game room with pool table. Up to six guests can experience a truly luxurious Florida vacation in this spectacular home. Most amazing of all is the custom designed pool area, featuring an electrically heated saltwater pool, spa, grotto and fire pit. Whether a lovely breakfast in the morning sun with serene views of the lake, sunbathing by the pool or enjoying a traditional barbecue and later some s'mores, the pool area provides the perfect setting. The only problem is that you may actually not ever want to leave.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 20.00/night.
