Description
The Villa Grey Heron from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals resembles an oasis of well-being with its large, beautiful terrace. The outside area includes a lounge area with comfortable seating under the covered terrace, a spa area with 2 sun loungers, further seating by the pool and an outdoor dining area with table, chairs, and sun umbrella as well as a pool in a fancy shape. The right place to leave the hectic of everyday life behind and to really switch off. The villa is situated at a canal with gulf access, you can also easily dock a rental boat there.
The house was lovingly refurnished 2019. In front of the house entrance door is a small "Zen Garden" which radiates peace and serenity. The new white lacquer kitchen is equipped with stainless steel electrical appliances. Directly from the entrance area, you reach the living room with TV and comfortable seating. A large sliding glass door gives a view of the terrace
In the separate dining area which beautifully opens to the kitchen is a table and 6 chairs for a nice get-together inside if you want to escape the sun. Ceiling fans on the terrace, in the living room and bedroom provide a cool breeze. The furnishing of the bedrooms is modern and timeless. Lovingly selected decorations complete the special flair of this house. The master bedroom has a TV also which is not yet represented in the available photos.
The master bedroom (King) with private bathroom is located on the right side of the house and has access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. The other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twin Beds) with bathroom in between are on the left side of the house.
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 22.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
