Not your typical Florida vacation home but a two-story ranch-style home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, modern kitchen, spacious living room, game room with pool table and balcony in the main building. The separate guest suite (USD 500 extra) features an additional bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen, allowing for a total occupancy of 12 guests. The huge private pool includes a gas heated pool and spa. Modern furnishings and decorations make this a very unique country-style home that is a great choice for larger families or a vacation with friends.

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 29.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.

Great pool, expensive to heat

The pool and spa are very relaxing. There's a jetted bench and table in the shallow end. The BBQ was impeccable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The Primary bathroom also has a jetted tub. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Many TV's sosee more
The pool and spa are very relaxing. There's a jetted bench and table in the shallow end. The BBQ was impeccable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The Primary bathroom also has a jetted tub. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Many TV's some stream others have Direct TV. Kitchen is well equipped. Publix is about 5-10 minutes away.

There was only one billiard cue, the other 3 had no tips. There was no lighting at billiard table. The sound system, despite help, could not be controlled by my phone, you had FM with many ads to listen to. The cool jukebox is only for display pursee more

The heat to the spa warmed it to mid 90's and ran $10/day, electric was $30/day.
